I’m pretty sure it’s not, but let’s ask this guy in the Mustang. Why? Because he doesn’t know and it’d be entertaining to see what he has to say. Why would I say such a thing? Because he probably performed the most blatant running of a red light that I’ve ever seen.

First of all, he was out of it from the very beginning. Totally shot, you might say. Had a South Bay license plate. I haven’t spent too much time down there and clearly he hasn’t spent much time up here. No… that’s not a lane. There were a lot of traffic violations while he drove up Highland from Wilshire to Hollywood. (He got lost near Melrose.)

The major offense was when he, on the corner of Highland maybe… 4th, decided to pull into the right lane (which isn’t even a lane, it’s just for residential/street parking… all the time) and act like he was turning right. Nope. He just ran the red light. He stopped at it. And slowly went through.

Guys… I hate to break it to you, but that’s very illegal. Don’t do it. Don’t ever be like that guy.
